La Caprese
Se taie mozzarella felii mai grosute, la fel si rosia, se aseaza ca niste piese de domino, se presara ulei, frunze de busuioc, otet si oregano. Asta este tot!

Ioana Soldan, 30.10.2008 21:54Maine la micul dejun voi servi Caprese. E simplu de facut, iar in frgider am mozzarela si rosii. Uleiul de masline nu lipseste, la fel oregano. Cred ca n-am decat busioc uscat, dar cred ca se poate si asa. La cat mai multe retete simple si gustoase. Sunt fan.
